Kids have power to create positive change.NSW school holidays (July 5-21) are a great time to explore it - bush cooking, device repair, community support, Indigenous knowledge workshops across Sydney and beyond.
The NSW winter school holidays are coming: Saturday 5 July to Monday 21 July 2025.
These activities expose kids to the circular economy, social support networks, community resilience, and Indigenous knowledge systems - from tech repair workshops to bush cooking and helping people experiencing homelessness. All free or low-cost, with varying levels of parental involvement required.
